Latest project

We are considering buying the above house. It is on 1/2 acres in the middle of the city. The downside is that this house is old and lots of work has to be done inside before Elle could consider living there.

Reg only requires a spacious bathroom, a room for all his junk that he cannot display in the rest of the house (like his figurines) and a plug for the computer.
For Elle, it is a little bit more complicated...

We are soooooooooo not into construction work... Everything would have to be done by contractors...$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$
The Grand-pa of the cats offered to help, but Elle got used to live in a brand new house: would she be able to adapt to an old one ?
